Detox Diet Recipe: Avocado Breakfast Pizza


Start the day with a low calorie count and a mix of energy ingredients while keeping it healthy and full of vitamins: this detox recipe is the perfect one! I will show you how to cook avocados differently while keeping the calories low and the vitamins high for the morning, keeping in mind that a healthy diet starts by something you enjoy eating and that will make you forget you are actually on a diet..:

Ingredients:
  • 1 Avocado freshly peeled
  • 1 Tortilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbs of  Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Tbs of freshly pressed lemon juice


Instructions:
  • Warm the tortilla at medium heat in a pan
  • with a blender mix the avocados to make a cream and add lemon juice
  • In a skillet add the tortilla and spread the avocado mixture on top
  • Add the eggs and cook at medium heat for 3 minutes
